Installation instructions

I'm using Ubuntu 24.04 and it isn't clear to me how to get the AppImage to run.

First of all, bb-imager-rs or any other identifier isn't part of the release download. I downloaded x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu_7e38b560306b0ca343697a67d902a60f.AppImage and it isn't obvious that this is a bb-imager-rs AppImage.

When I try to run it, I get this dialog....

I then select "Integrate and run". This puts it in my ~/Applications folder...

The name wasn't obvious to me and it has no icon.

Anyway, when I select it, nothing happens that I can tell.

Running from the shell, I get the following:

$ ~/Applications/x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu_7e38b560306b0ca343697a67d902a60f.AppImage
