   - Prohibit kprobes on Xen/KVM emulate prefixes (Masami Hiramatsu)

   - Add support for LSM and SELinux checks to control access to the
     perf syscall (Joel Fernandes)

   - Misc other changes, optimizations, fixes and cleanups - see the
