Library consolidation and diode footprint update

I tried to rename some parts to eliminate the prefixes added by the exp-lbrs.ulp script.

I probably have no idea what I'm doing. I'm also concerned I might have messed up D1.

R107 connects GND to CGND. To solder the power connector (a through-hole component), we'll need to utilize a selective solder machine. That machine needs more clearance not running over surface mount parts. Not sure if this will do it, but I'll check.
