Typo fix

Typo fix

Add Makefile to create gerbers from *.kicad_pcb.

Add a bit more clearance connector->silkscreen.

This also prepares the possibility to add a %%gitversion%%
string somewhere on the silkscreen which is replaced with the current
git version (but no such silkscreen is added in this commit).

If a connector is soldered onto the bottom side of the board, it
partially covers up the silkscreen. This adds a little more space
to have that less of a problem.
