Image links should use files.debian.cc

Use https://www.beagleboard.org/distros to publish cached/archived links to images on a Beagle domain, rather than rcn-ee.{com|net}.

One link needs to be updated, we don't have any equivalent for that on our distros page yet.

I don't understand the issue. Also, I'd guess a link to the page under www.beagleboard.org/distros might be better to leave a place for notes on the release, but a direct link to the files.beagle.cc image so that someone can wget, if that is what the instructions say, should be fine.
