Add better node disconnection

• Can remove and add the node now without much problem.
• Currently relying on the fact that a node is offline if host tries to destroy connection with cport 0 of node

Oops, seems linux does destroy connection with cport 0. Cannot destroy the node in this case I guess.

Compare with previous version

Works well with active nodes now. Enabling keepalive should enable the same code to work with passive nodes as well, but that is not present in our fork yet.
