drm/i915: Extend WaDisableDARBFClkGating to icl,ehl,tgl

WaDisableDARBFClkGating, now known as Wa_14010480278, has been added to
the workaround tables for ICL, EHL, and TGL so we need to extend our
platform test accordingly.
