I2C driver refactoring (to allow listening to 2 addresses), adding ADC functionality, inreasing EEPROM size from 1kB to 4kB

Increasing EEPROM size from 1024B (1kB) to 4096B (4kB) to make it fully compatible with at24c32, at expense of longer write times after many entries have been written to EEPROM

Refactoring I2C target driver to enable handling of two different target addresses on the same I2C bus
